Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required upon booking. Payment schedule: 50% due upon booking, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before your stay. There is a US $500 security deposit, that is done as a "hold" on your card 10 days before your stay. The hold is then released after your stay when there is no significant damage to the home.
